90 min
Breathwork Workshop
A single held session for the team. Introduction to conscious breathing, one full practice, integration. On-site or online.
For Companies
Trauma-informed breathwork for teams and leadership. Stress regulation, focus, resilience and burnout prevention — delivered on your floor, at a venue, or online. Measured, not decorative.
Why breath at work
Every meeting, deadline and decision runs on it. When teams live in low-grade fight-or-flight, focus, creativity and trust erode first — long before anyone calls it burnout. Breathwork is the fastest, most portable way to bring the system back into range.

Research
Our programmes are grounded in peer-reviewed research on breathwork, stress regulation and workplace wellbeing. Below are the studies we return to when designing, measuring and proposing engagements.
Randomised controlled trial in 108 adults: 5 minutes per day of cyclic sighing breathing over 28 days produced greater reductions in anxiety and greater improvements in positive mood than mindfulness meditation. HRV and respiratory rate also improved.

Safety first
Deep breathwork is powerful medicine and not appropriate for everyone in every state. Every corporate engagement includes an intake, contraindication screening and modifications — so the practice serves the whole room.
